As in the first movie, the nutty professor has to deal with his alter
ego, created when his youth formula is mistakenly used. He then enlists
help from his fiancee to remove his alter ego and return to normal before it's
too late. Eddie Murphy plays most of the cast in this movie.
As expected, there were a lot of crass jokes and humor, most of which were funny. The problem is between the jokes - that's where the movie falls apart. The overall plot is goofy/weak and the dramatic acting scenes are incongruously placed. If you still want to see this movie, might I suggest seeing it in NYC where the audience is really involved in the movie and gives you something else to laugh when the big screen fails to entertain.
