So, you walk into a theatre and a priest and a rabbi...ah, never
mind. Anyway, these two guys grow up together and are best friends,
despite being devout in different religions. They are both able to
continue to successfully pursue their religious paths until they run into an old
childhood friend, who has grown up to be a hot, powerful, successful business
chick. This adds for some spice & romance and other interesting issues
arise as a result until they eventually resolve these problems.
Overall, this movie shows how life can be fun and positive, even for the extremely religious; a Catholic Priest and a Jewish Rabi, who happen to be the best of friends in where else but NYC. It's so positive that I think the two main characters qualify for being role models, though I'm not sure exactly to whom. Anyway, it's a good comical movie with a positive message.
